  • Strict Non-Smoking Policy: To ensure a clean environment for all guests, smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment.

  • Contract: Semester-long (5-month) contract possible.

Rent during June-July-August:  850 EUR/month (utilities included)

Rent during the school semester:  650 EUR/month (utilities included)
