What happens next

We reply within 24 hours with a personal offer, usually much faster on WhatsApp.
You pay the one-time 200 € contract fee; our lawyer prepares the contract.
You sign and pay the deposit. The room is yours.
First month’s rent before move-in, then a fixed monthly rent.

I have read the FAQ: one-semester minimum, refundable deposit minus the 100 € cleaning fee, non-refundable 200 € contract fee, non-smoking flats.
