King-Size Comfort The standout feature of Room C is the bed. While most student rooms offer single or narrow double beds, Room C boasts a spacious 160cm King-Size bed with a luxurious brand new mattress, freshly installed at the apartment in September 2025. It is the perfect retreat after a long day of lectures or exploring the city.

• Storage: Ample wardrobe space and a dresser for all your clothes.

Apartment Benefits (Shared with 2 others) You will be sharing this 3-bedroom flat with two other students. The layout is specifically designed to make shared living easy:

• No Morning Traffic: The apartment features a separate toilet and a separate bathroom (newly renovated with marble tiles!). This means you can shower while your roommate uses the toilet—a huge convenience!

• Social Kitchen: A separate, fully equipped kitchen where you can cook and socialize without disturbing roommates in their bedrooms.

The “EBS Dorm” Location Located on the 1st floor of Kuke Street 1, you are practically living on the Estonian Business School (EBS) campus.

• EBS:  1 minute walk (the building next door!)

• Solaris Centre: 3 minutes (Grocery, Gym, Cinema)

• Stockmann Department Store: 2 minutes

• Estonian Music and Theatre Academy (EMTA):  3 minutes

• Old Town: 7 minutes

• TalTech: 20 min (Direct bus nearby)

• Strict Non-Smoking Policy: To ensure a clean environment for all guests, smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment.

• Contract: Semester-long (5-month) contract possible.
