While most student rooms offer single or narrow double beds, Room C boasts a spacious 160cm King-Size bed with a luxurious brand new mattress, freshly installed at the apartment in September 2025. It is the perfect retreat after a long day of lectures or exploring the city.

Apartment Benefits (Shared with 2 others) You will be sharing this 3-bedroom flat with two other students. The layout is specifically designed to make shared living easy:

• No Morning Traffic: The apartment features a separate toilet and a separate bathroom (newly renovated with marble tiles!). This means you can shower while your roommate uses the toilet—a huge convenience!

The “EBS Dorm” Location Located on the 1st floor of Kuke Street 1, you are practically living on the Estonian Business School (EBS) campus.

• Estonian Music and Theatre Academy (EMTA):  3 minutes

House Rules & Leasing

• Strict Non-Smoking Policy: To ensure a clean environment for all guests, smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment.

• Contract: Semester-long (5-month) contract possible.

Rent during June-July-August:  850 EUR/month (utilities included)

Rent during the school semester:  650 EUR/month (utilities included)
