I didn’t get a TLÜ dorm place. What now?

You are not alone: Tallinn University says on its housing page that dorm places are limited and not guaranteed. Pick a free room in the list above or send us a request with your dates. We reply within 24 hours, usually much faster on WhatsApp.

Do your dates match the TLÜ spring semester?

Yes. The TLÜ spring semester runs from 25 January to 30 June 2027, starting with orientation days for international students on 25–31 January (TLÜ academic calendar). Our spring lease runs 16 Jan – 30 Jun 2027, so you can move in about a week before orientation and stay until the end of the semester.

Can I register my address here?

Yes. Once you have signed the contract and paid the deposit (one month’s rent), the room is yours and you can register your address, which you also need for a temporary residence permit (TRP).

Is there an agency fee?

No. You rent directly from the owners, Diana and Priidu, so there is no agency or broker fee. The monthly rent is fixed and already includes utilities and Wi-Fi.

Are you part of Tallinn University?

No. KoolRooms is an independent private landlord and is not affiliated with Tallinn University. Students of EMTA and EKA are welcome too.
